Our Support – Experienced Business Development Managers (BDM)

It is in all of our interests that our pub landlords businesses not just survive, but thrive. We ensure that our licensees are part of a team, with our Business Development Managers playing a key role.

Each licensee works closely with one of our BDMs, all of whom have many years of licensed trade experience.  If you are new to the pub industry they will conduct your interview, help you choose from the pubs to let and devise an initial business strategy, plan the move in and regularly visit you to ensure that your investment is a success.

For experienced landlords, they provide a sounding board for your business ideas, identifying how we can help to make your initiatives work and giving you access to the relevant resources required. They provide advice on a wide range of issues such as legislation, health and safety, employment law and brand selection.

Fantastic product range

You want a new pub, and you want to stock it with the products you like?  Not every pub company can provide you with a wide selection of products, but at Admiral Taverns we pride ourselves on the quality and breadth of our product range, which includes our own range of wines.

We have a huge selection of products for you to choose from. As you would expect from the UK’s leading independent tenanted and leased pub company, we can offer a range of products that encompass all the leading brands in terms of cask ales, draught ales, lagers, ciders, stouts, bottled lagers, bottled ales, wines, alcopops, spirits and minerals.

As well as the leading brands, we also have access to guest ale programmes, and we deal with many smaller companies such as local/regional and micro breweries, so if you have a beer that is a local favourite, be it a cask ale or a rare west country cider, there’s a good chance we can get it for you.

Admiral Taverns employs a dedicated team of Sales Development Consultants. This experienced team are your regular point of contact for stock ordering and are supported by our monthly promotional magazine AGENDA. They give you access to the latest promotions and offers and they also have a strong knowledge of what’s working across the estate, allowing them to share best business practice with all customers.
