Hi, I'm Caroline the Recruitment and Training Manager for Admiral Taverns. Our team is on-hand to answer your questions, assist with training and to help you find your perfect pub. Hi, I'm Ceri, the Senior Recruitment Administrator. I deal with all areas of the Recruitment Department focusing mainly on the pubs we have available and our Recruitment Open Days / BDM Days. I also work with our existing tenants on opportunities such as the Recommend a Friend Scheme, which pays £1,000 to tenants who refer anyone who takes up an Admiral Taverns tenancy.  I also work with the Commercial and Marketing Department.

Hi, I’m Kelly, Recruitment Administrator. I deal with a number of duties in the recruitment department from telephone/email enquiries, application packs, updating our database and promoting Recommend a Friend to our existing tenants. I work closely with our BDMs on updating our website with new pubs available to let, and arranging for all of our ‘to let’ boards to be put up and removed on our pubs. I am also responsible for updating different companies on what we offer for businesses that are making redundancies etc.

Hi, I’m Ashleigh a Recruitment Administrator. I deal with lots of the day-to-day jobs within the Department including arranging for all new applications to be processed, updating the website with new pubs and also arranging for ‘to let’ boards to be put up and removed on all of our pubs. I also deal with booking people onto the various courses we offer through the BII and CPL training schemes, as well as dealing with queries from existing and potential tenants.
